We strive to process all orders in a timely manner, orders ship within 24-48 business hours. All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario. Upon completion of your shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number to view its transit, via FedEx.
In the situation where the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will be advising you about this and will provide you with a full refund. If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing a refund for the item(s) not in stock.
We are a highly rated company and offer hassle-free returns. Please contact us for a return label. Orders may be returned up to 3 days from the date you received the package for a full refund minus shipping cost (both ways). If you would like to return a product from your order, simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a timely refund upon the return of the product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for testers (if purchased). There may also be a restocking fee of up to 30% if bottle is not returned in its original packaging.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless the error was on our part.
We don't accept returns of Niche fragrances until and unless they are unopened and still sealed and never sprayed.
If a refund is to be provided for reasons other then damage to the product, Perfumeonline.ca will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping for the refund and this amount will be deducted from your order amount.

If your package is returned by the carrier company after failed delivery attempts or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will provide you with a refund minus the shipping cost both ways once the package has been returned to us.
If you would like to change your shipping address after the package has been shipped out, you will be required to pay for the additional address change fee.
