Luxurious and opulent concoction.
This fragrance is a journey I'm glad to have taken!
The presentation and bottle is super luxurious.
I received a free sample with this bottle and I appreciate Perfume Online.
Initially I was little confused by the first sniffing as I'd never smelled anything like this.

The opening for me was a fizzy, heavy rosewood, cinnamon and a touch of apple that was quite smok and oriental.
The oud is definitely there and can border on gritty initially. It's when you get to the dry down then the magic happens, with warm rich wood, spices and a subtle sweetness. For me this is a special fragrance that I love to wear and I'm glad I added it to my collection.
This fragrance is not for teenagers or for young adults, this is for mature noses. Definitely not a mass pleaser. Just like Picasso art is not for everyone, this fragrance is in the same way.It is a modern art like fragrance made for trained nose and can be worn in formal setting and it will be more gracefully shine with suit and tie. It is leaning more towards gents although a confident woman can wear it easily. Longevity is days on clothes and 10 plus hours on skin. Projection is below elbows length till 7 hours mark but it can be noticeable upto 10 hours and I would strongly recommend to try it before making any final decision.
After adding this fragrance in my collection, I ordered one more and that is More than words from Xerjoff. I would update you soon with another review once received the fragrance.
